The Electronic/Online Payment feature of our school portal enables parents (and students) make fees payments securely online
via either credit/debit cards, bank transfer or other enabled methods.
This, of course, reduces the hassles involved in moving
around with physical cash for fees payment purposes. It makes the payment process more convenient since fees payments can be made from
the comfort of anywhere.
There will be no case of intentional fees padding/hiking by students in order to collect additional money from their sponsors,
since all payable fees by students are visible to the parents/guardians online on the portal,
and the fees payments can be made directly by the parents/guardians.
It makes the work easier for our bursary department as well.
Also, payments can be made by printing pre-payment invoice from the school portal, and then proceeding to the bank to complete the payment through deposit.
